  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (regular or soy)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao or best-quality unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • pinch ground cayenne
